1. Operational CV Submission
To join us, you’ll need to submit an Operational CV. If you're unsure how to structure it, just message us on WhatsApp—we’ll provide a template and insider advice from us, who read CVs all day long. We’ll guide you on what really matters in your application.
2. The Hydra Questionnaire
Once submitted, you'll complete a detailed questionnaire that helps us truly understand you as an operative—your skills, experience, languages spoken, and any specialist training. This helps us match you perfectly to the right jobs.
3. Professional Profile & Photo Submission
We ask all applicants to upload a professional photo, which we keep on file. When partner companies request operatives, we showcase our team with detailed profiles, making it easy to place you in the best-suited roles.
How Selection Works
Our job selection happens through WhatsApp. As new client requests come in, we categorise operatives based on skills, experience, and other client preferences. If a client requires a specific language, background, or skill set, we ensure those details are linked to your profile—maximising your chances of landing top-tier contracts.
