Job Description:
Hydra Security is seeking vigilant and responsible Security Guards to join our team. As a Security Guard, you will be tasked with protecting property, assets, and people by maintaining a safe and secure environment. You will be responsible for monitoring premises, conducting patrols, and responding to any incidents that arise.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform regular patrols of assigned sites to deter and detect any suspicious activity
Monitor CCTV cameras and alarm systems, ensuring constant vigilance over the premises
Control access points, allowing only authorised personnel and visitors onto the site
Respond quickly and effectively to any security breaches, emergencies, or alarms
Provide clear and detailed reports of daily activities and any incidents that occur
Collaborate with other security personnel and site staff to ensure smooth operations
Maintain a professional and visible security presence to deter potential threats
Assist with crowd control during events or busy periods, ensuring orderly behaviour
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and report any hazards or unsafe conditions
